Company-owned onshore & offshore production assets

Shiv-Vani is the biggest private sector rig owner & operator in India specialising in onshore and offshore operations. To support core infrastructure activities like exploration, development drilling and production, we have lined up a fleet of 21 onshore rigs (one of the largest in India after ONGC), four seismic data acquisition equipment; four crew boats; seven compressors; 233 drilling rigs and 425 logistic support vehicles comprising of cranes, bunk houses, trailers, prime movers and fork lifts. It is one of the few companies in India to own an onshore rig equipped with Top Drive System. As we own all our production assets, the Group does not depend on hired or leased equipment for its operations - thus ensuring cost-effective solutions and faster turnaround time. Shiv-Vani operates its assets both onshore & offshore and regularly upgrades its equipment and technology to elevate its services to the highest level. A formalized and systematic Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) also ensures optimal equipment efficiencies and reduced downtime.

In a bid to boost its global operations and enhance service offerings, Shiv-Vani has joined hands with the Energy Sector world leaders in Russia, USA, China, Malaysia, UAE, Canada, Germany and other countries. Furthermore, we work in close association with local companies of target countries in order to ensure a smooth workflow.

Operational experience in diverse terrain conditions

Nearly 20 years of project experience in logistically difficult and geologically complex areas. We have acquired more than 3000 G.L.K. (Ground Line Kilometre) of seismic data in diverse terrain conditions - ranging from rugged mountains and marshy jungles to river valleys and transition zones. Our drilling projects are equally varied. The company's AC/SCR rigs are currently operating in the Assam region, and we have recently provided workover services for high pressure wells in Andhra Pradesh.
